We are looking for a Financial Controller (Operations Finance) to join our Finance team and become a Finance Business Partner for production, procurement and operations. The role is focused on production and manufacturing economics, costing, inventory management, procurement performance and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will work closely with operational management and provide financial insights that support better production, procurement and inventory decisions. This is not pure cost-control or reporting role. We are looking for someone who understands how operational decisions translate into financial results and can actively influence business performance. You will operate as an individual contributor, reporting directly to the CFO and Operation management. Key responsibilities: Preparation and submission of the reporting package for the assigned production company, ensuring accuracy, completeness and compliance with Group reporting requirements Act as Finance Business Partner for production and operations, analyze cost drivers, productions and operational efficiency Lead budgeting and rolling forecasts for the assigned operational scopes translating production plans into financial forecasts Own financial controlling of inventory across all entities, including raw materials, WIP and finished goods, monitor inventory levels, turnover, slow-moving and obsolete stock Provide financial support for Procurement, including purchase price analysis, supplier economics and the financial impact of procurement decisions Own the cash-out forecast for Operations, translate production and procurement plans into expected cash requirements and provide inputs to the consolidated cash forecast Cost controlling, analyzing Actual vs Budget vs Forecast, identify key variances and opportunities to improve operational performance Control CAPEX, review investment business cases and monitor project budgets and financial performance Participate in ERP, BI and finance transformation initiatives Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and support special projects as needed Key Qualifications University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field; ACCA/CIMA nice to have 5+ years of experience in Financial Controlling, Operations Finance, Cost Controlling, FP&A or similar roles (Big-4 experience is highly welcomed) Experience in a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred Good knowledge of IFRS and Russian GAAP Proficiency in ERP systems (1C ERP; SAP) and advanced Excel Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Yandex Data Lens or other) Analytical mindset, attention to detail and problem-solving skills English (Upper-intermediate) for documentation and communication with international stakeholders Conditions: Stable income (salary + annual bonus) Extended social package (employee insurance, financial assistance, additional days of rest) Opportunities for learning and professional development The position involves regular business trips to the Voronezh region
