About the Role We are seeking a customer-oriented, and results-driven Showroom Sales Executive to join our luxury parquet showroom. You will be the face of our brand, welcoming high-net-worth individuals, retail clients, and walk-in designers. Key Responsibilities Retail Sales & Consultations: Welcome walk-in visitors, identify their design requirements, and guide them through our premium parquet collections to close retail (B2C) sales. Lead Management: Promptly handle inbound inquiries received via Social Media and the company website. Showroom Operations: Maintain the flawless visual merchandising and premium appearance of the showroom. Ensure all displays, catalogs, and sample racks are orderly and up-to-date. CRM & Documentation: Generate professional commercial quotations, issue invoices, collect deposits, and log all client interactions accurately in the CRM system. Coordination: Liaise with the logistics and installation teams to ensure seamless delivery and execution for your retail clients. Requirements Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of luxury retail sales experience in Dubai (preferably in high-end furniture, tiles, sanitary ware, interior decor, or flooring). Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, grooming standards matching a luxury brand, and a strong closing mindset. Language: Fluent English and Arabic are required.
